People will have to apply for corrections in personal information and address, exclusion of the departed people, and migration from one area to another, and file any objection against any new voter by January 17. Applications have to be submitted to the regional election officer or additional deputy commissioner (ADC), and cantonment executive officer in city corporation and cantonment areas and to the district or upazila election officer and upazila nirbahi officer (UNO) in other areas.
