A lion’s share of the outsourced money came through IT and programming. Around Tk 250 crore was earned as of the first quarter of 2014. WHAT IS FREELANCING The term ‘freelancing’ means earning money by selling a person’s work or services to several different organisations rather than being employed by one particular organisation. A ‘freelancer’ or ‘freelance worker’ is thus self-employed. He or she can work freelance from home for several companies.
